I did this and thought others might want to do it to. It makes playing the game a lot more fun on a bigger screen, and you don't have to reach for your phone every time your troops are ready. It's super easy, basically boils down to running an android emulator on your windows machine and running Boom Beach on that. Are you an iphone user? Don't worry, so am I. You can link your devices (second device is the android running on your desktop) and import your base really easily.
Step 1: Download Andy (http://bit.ly/getAndy or homepage http://andyroid.net/)
Step 2: Install Andy. This was really easy for me as I happened to have all the settings correct. Basically make sure you have Virtualization enabled in your BIOS (mine was by default), and have the latest video drivers for your machine (I already did).

Step 3: Inside Andy, open the Google Play store and download Boom Beach.
